Founded in 2020 by Ming and her partner Tony, Ming Ming’s Kitchen brings a fresh taste and vibrant vibe of Northern Vietnamese cuisine to Brisbane. All the food is inspired by their families’ love for cooking and entertaining while growing up in Hanoi. Each dish is crafted with love, designed for sharing, and full of the comforting tastes of home. Our menu celebrates the beauty of Northern Vietnamese cuisine, enhanced with subtle fusion touches using fresh, locally sourced Australian produce. Our passion and commitment have made us a favourite among local families for casual dining, special functions, and catering.

Ming Ming's Kitchen, Wilston, has been named a finalist in the ASIAN RESTAURANT SOUTH EAST QLD category at the 2026 Restaurant & Catering Hostplus Awards for Excellence for Queensland & Northern Territory.

Restaurants, cafés and catering businesses gathered at the black-tie gala event held on Monday, 27 July 2026, at JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa to celebrate the achievements of the industry and the announcement of this year's Queensland & Northern Territory finalists and winners.
The Awards for Excellence is the industry's nationally recognised awards program, celebrating exceptional service and culinary talent across each state and territory.
Restaurants are assessed on the entire dining experience, including food, beverage, service and restaurant presentation. Caterers are assessed on all aspects of their catering business, including operations, food, service, staffing, and event and site catering outcomes.
