Our Journey

Founded in 2020, Ming and her partner started Mingming’s Kitchen as they explored a delicious journey. Mingming’s Kitchen brings a new taste and vibe from Northern Vietnamese cuisine. All the food was inspired by their families’ love for cooking and entertaining when they were growing up in Hanoi. With some fusion design to highlight locally sourced produce, the food at Mingming’s has made a twist to not just keep all the best flavors from Vietnam cuisine but also match to Australian taste.
